Service Description

Anaeli is a somatic integration therapist with extensive training and experience in trauma release, therapeutic bodywork, and a variety of holistic modalities including breathwork, vibrational sound, intuitive movement, somatic meditation and relaxation massage. Her approach focuses on restoring the mind–body connection, rebalancing the nervous system, and addressing tension and pain at their root cause. She is guided by a vision to awaken the innate capacity for wholeness, honoring timeless wisdom and genuine connection as the foundation for well-being, ease, and inner and relational peace.
